How I can be useful

1. If you want to start using Notion (or use it for something new): We work together to set up some systems in Notion for your org and make sure you are comfortable and confident using it
2. If you already use Notion: We go through your Notion workspace together and I tell you how you could be using it better </aside>

Notion use cases for orgs

• Task and project management
• Various other databases - meetings, events, CRM, et.c
• Easily updatable and public pages/dashboards/handbook (like this one!)
• Forms (although Airtable is likely better for any complex use cases)
• Especially useful for
  • Asynchronous orgs
  • Orgs currently using lots of tools which can be replaced with Notion

General tips

• I think its better for you make the databases and systems yourself rather than using templates
• Are you using all the blocks? Callouts? Quotes? Code blocks? Toggles? Synced blocks? Etc.
• Are you using the keyboard shortcuts? Both inline markdown shortcuts and actual keyboard shortcuts
• Are you using databases?
• Are you using Notion integrations that can connect it to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor etc.
• Are you using Notion AI? (I’m personally not a fan, although it might be more useful for others)
